Fed up with the service

Hii, my name is rishab jain and i am a student and my contact no. is 9867004060 i bought a new prepaid lifetime airtel sim card on august and i am receiving many call and sms from various persons stating that this no was before using by smoe buddy called Vishal Kamkhar as a student i am getting very irritated and whenever i go to airtel gallery for the same they give very worst response and even i am facing to much network problem for around 2months call automatically get disconnected or connection error i complained for the same for around 10time but still they tell that it will be solved but as it is airtel only they say nothing they do..

plz provide me some solution for the same...
