Hi there,
My name is John. I have a college plan (students plan) sim card which I am using for more than 1 year. I used to recharge for Rs 360 and I used to get a balance of Rs 320. This has been happening for more than year. This march 25 I recharged for the same however I got a balance of only Rs 206. This is a around Rs110 less. So I called up airtel customer service and they accepted this is a mistake and said they will have this resolved. Since March 25th I have called up 6-7 times and have spoken to so many managers or supervisors.
Every one of them promised they will have this corrected within 8 working hours or 4 working hours but nothing has happened.
What do I do? There customer service is so pathetic. The persons I spoke to were Diwakar, Mohin, mohammed Nizamuddin and finally deepan or deepam. All these very supervisors or managers. None of them were able to solve the problem. They accept its an error and they will solve it however this is only talk and no solution has been given so far... what do I do next?
