Continue to receive bills despite disconnection

I shifted out of Bangalore in January and went to the Airtel showroom on 100 ft road, Indiranagar on 24 January to disconnect my mobile connection 9741114769. At this point, all dues were settled. Despite this, I continue to receive bills. On calling them up, I was told that I should have migrated the connection. However, I have relocated and have no use for an Airtel connection. I also do not desire it after all the unpleasantness that they caused to disconnect the connection.

Despite writing to them for the last two months, I have again received a bill for the month of April. This is undue harassment and should be acted upon.
