Hi

My name is Girish Surti i had given a request on 13 April for the conversion of my cell number from Post Paid to Pre paid but still things are in dark no one from Airtel is able answer the satus for the same. Nodal officers are also the same they dont have any updated information, on top of that Nodal Officer is replying me that some one has given a call on my landline number and confirmed with me that i DONT want to convert my number from Post to Pre paid on 14 April.

Things are going haywire Airtel wants me to pay the bill amount from the bill date to till the time number is converted. As i have got the request on 13 April and i will not pay beyond that date.
