Not getting a sim even after one week

This is to inform you that I Madhumita Das presently working with Icfai University, jharkand Ranchi had applied for a pre paid mobile service. My mobile no is 9661800214.even after submitting all the documents this company is playing with me.after a week also they are not able to activate my sim.so is it the way to treat a customer who is going in a legal way to get a connection?
