Payment made in time, not recd by you

Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber of your post payment scheme for around 4-5 years, without any problem. I am very regular in the payment of my dues also & have never had to pay any penalty. Unfortunately during laast time inspite of paying in time i had to pay the penalty. Latest I have recd. a bill no.894031995 dated 9th march for my mobile no 9987076824 to be paid by 27th march.i have paid the same in time by chaque & also have got an entry in my bank pass bppk about the clearance of the same on 26th march. Still i have been continuously asked about the payment, you may bill me for the delay in the paymant also. You are requested to resolve the issue, do not bill me for the late payment & credit Rs.50 billed wrongly.
