Filling wrong info. in SIM details

I have purchased a SIM in 2007 (9993330957) where i have submitted my fathers Licence as photo, address and identity proof named (Shri sandip khadilkar). After 2 years I had rechecked my number details where I have found that wrong info. had been filled by the company. And I want my problem to be solved as soon as possible.
