Not transfering my call to customer care executive

I am using airtel prepaid card since last 1 year. Whenever I need to talk with customer care executive, they are not transfering. Just at the moment when call is to be transfered, call is rejected & beyond this a lady thanks me for calling (Already recorded voice). From past 3-4 days I am trying to talk with customer care executive, but they are literally ignoring.
