I am an AIRTEL customer for the last 5 years & always having an credit balance in my AIRTEL ACCOUNT. My no is 99451 34744.

My connection has been disconnected for the last 10 days & I am repeatedely complaining but no action has been taken so far & I do not know the reason for disconnection also & I have a credit balance.

My one more query is pending for almost 3 months, ie An amount of Rs 600/- has been debited from my bank account & has not been credited to my AIRTEL account & the hard copy proof/ fax copy & complaint regarding this has been repeatedly given, but nothing has been done. Apart from this I have A credit balance & my line is disconnected for no reason.
