Change plan to H17 CUG 199

Hi,

I have sent one mail to 121@airtel.in to change my existing IBM corporate postpaid plan (9008346346) to H17 CUG 199. But they are telling that it cannot be changed as this plan is not activated for IBM.

On the otherside, they are giving new postpaid sim of the same plan to IBM employees but they are not changing the plan for the existing customers.

Could you please help me out in the same regard.
