One Sided voice

Dear Sir,

I am Company Secretary in Delhi. Since 2 month I call to my younger Brother mobile no. 09973761147,

09939172810, & 09199643292 in Jharkhand. (Location -Meral, Distt Garhwa, Jharkhand) but i feel lack of clearity in voice and one sided voice.

Due to dificiancy in service of Airtel I suffer emotional and economical loss.

So please give the answer of following questions.

1. When the aforesaid number (ie numbeer in Location -Meral, Distt Garhwa, Jharkhand) functioning properly.?

2. Are you liable to pay me compensation fo loss occured due to your poor services.?

3. Why a legal action cannot taken against you?
