Sending me Cricket VAS messages for which I have not subscribed

Please discontinue cricket based VAS message from 290603 which I start receiving on my cell phone no. 9867394692 since past 1 week. Every time it deduct Rs. 3/- from my balance. I have never subscribed for any VAS. I called up customer care twice and each time they have promised me that the service will be discontinued and the deducted amount will be refunded back. As of now I am still getting these message and am still being getting charged for these unwanted messages.

I would appreciate if some action is being taken against these act of Airtel which forcebly and unethincally charge their customer without having a prior permission from them.
