Mobile Office service is not working and they are counting in charge

I am in the business so i used to active 401 Rs per month internet plan of Airtel (Mobile Office). It did not work for 4 to 5 days. I did complain in customer care and they told me that it will be solved in 3 days but nothing happens. I called them many times and wasted my valuable time but no result. I also went at there office in my city (bhavnagar). They told me that even if this service is not working for you it will charge you. You will not get any extension even if it is not working for you. I even lost my business which is totally depended on internet. I lost my one client. I am in the big trouble. Please help me. I am expecting justice from you. I hope i will get justice. I tried to call you on 1800114000 which is number of consumer forum but yet there is some problem in it and it is tell "please check the number you have dialled"
