Charging regulary netbrowsing charg without using that

I m a user of Airtel network JAIPUR Rajasthan region... i was activated GPRS one as its a free activation scam but after one time browsing... regularly they are charging 1.20 rs in random and continuous days. i was complained 4 times in customer care but they don't help me out when i was complaint to they charged 30 rs charges after lots of argument they refunded that... but net charg is now also continous... plz help me out how can i do that for stop...
