HARASSMENT BY COLLECTION AGENCY

Me and my family is being harrassed for the non payment of phone bill by one of our relative who does not even live with us. I don't know from where they got our land line number and they have been harassing and threatning my family. we have already given them the contact details of the sons of the person who used the services as we does not have his no, but they still have not stopped calling and says that either we pay the bill on their behalf or they would keep on calling us.
