Regarding worng payment done

Hi

i was using this airtel no two month before (9717900271), instead of this no (9717900271), on 5/05 by mistake i done a bill payment of 1200rs of some other no (9717900721). and that amount is also debited from my account. after that i contact cc for asking that how can i get this money back, . they said send a mail on 121@airtelindia.com with ur bank statement.

from that day till now i send more than 20 mails to cc and to their nodal officer (delhi region). i haven't get any reply from them...
