I have been using Airtel number since one and half year. Now suddenly my outgoing service has been deactivated. When I asked the customer care they said to submit my documents. I submitted my documents, and I asked the person in airtel showroom what is the reason for deactivating the outgoing service. He replied unreasonably it was disconnected and he will solve the problem within one hour. But after one week also they have not solved after so many reminders also. After one week they have barred my incoming service also. My have spoken with senior persons also in Airtel but my problem is not solved. I dont understand how irresponsible they are and they dont know what they are doing. Please suggest me if there is any way to solve or complaint against these type of problems.
