About speed and in between browser errors

I am complaining to airtel customer care since two months but they are not replying. basically when i connect my data card, it is connected succesfully but when i use it for half an hour or fifteen minutes, then the web page shows the page cannot be displayed and also if i start any download then after ten to fifteen minutes the download and browsing speed came to be zero.

plzzzzzzzzzzz do something! otherwise i will surrender my data card very soon.
