Illegal reduced charges

In my mobile every week display the message " Dear user your subscription to Yahoo! Zone has been renewed for 7 days. You have been charged Rs 10 for 7 days." but i can't go to any yahoo zone area so you reduced the charge is cheating. So you are recharged the reduced amount on my account. Otherwise we will meet legaly and publish the all newspaper for cheating process.
