No Network coverage

My no. is 9903734033 (Kolkata). Since yeterday I have not been getting network covergae and I am in Kolkata. I called up the call center who redirected me to call 9831098310 The customer care executive very curtly put down the phone stating she will not be able to solve it - and disconnected the line, which is not what was expected from an Airtel agent.

I hope my problem is looked into and resolved ASAP.
