Airtel Group not acrivating

Hey m a very old customer of airtel and ma phone was a member of airtel group till recently..i m a airtel friendz card holder and last night i broke from the group but i want to rejoin the same group again... wen i called up custo care they said every memeber of the group shud hav min 30 rs balance fa me to rejoin... so i asked everyone to get recharged but even after that wen i press the proper password fa joining... they send me a service message press proper password... i want airtel customer care people to be available with proper information regarding products they sell
