Phone dead

Dear sir/Ma'am,

My landline no. 41150029 is dead since 16th May'09. On lodging a complaint, i received a complain no. i.e 19835586. I was promised that the fault will be rectified by 4.04 p.m on 16th May. It was not done. I again called up and was promised that it will be done on 17th May. IT WASN'T. Again i complained on 18th and 19th May and was promised the same thing but to no response. I request you to kindly heed to my problem and do the needful at the earliest. Else i might have to change my connection. Wanted to bring to your notice that both me and my wife have airtel connections for our mobile phones. And have Airtel landline n broadband as well. This is a sincere request to you to kindly favour me. Anticipating a quick response.
