I m from Chennai. I am using this postpaid card for the past 5 years.(POLICE CARD). I was offered for free sms scheme for the past 5 years. For the past 3 months, i was being charged for sms for Rs.1/sms.

This i could'nt know and this was deducted for the last 3 months. When i asked for the customer care support officer, they have said that to post a complaint regarding a sms scheme to 121@airtel.com.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
