DND Ignored

I am getting a lot of unsolicited sms on various Airtel services that I don’t want. What should I do? For example, one is this ‘New Generation Life Insurance Rs. 1 crore life cover at Rs. 1927pm’ call Bajaj Capital. Then there are other cookery classes, learn how to make glasses, etc. I can’t understand why there is so much spam, and all this after I have opt for the DND service.
