Connection Disconnected

Hello,

My name is Amit. I have taken airtel connection (number is 9815904640) from chandigarh two or three months before from a dealer and I have given my license photo copy and photographs to the dealer and they allot me connection on the basis of my documents and activated it, but now my connection suddenly got disconnected or closed without any previous warning by airtel. When i went to that dealer, he said to go to airtel office. I went to Airtel office in Sector 17-E, Chandigarh by the name of Zullu, airtel office and they have taken my verification documents my license photo copy and photographs and said to me that your connection will re-activate from tomorrow. The next day the connection did not get started when i went to them again they said that the disconnection order has been given for your disconnection. I am totally surprised. Without any pre-information how they can do it.
