To,
Respected Sir / Madam
This is to inform you that inspite of several reminders & request given to airtel to deactivate the post-paid connection of airtel no.9967251450, nobody from airtel took the matter seriously & of recently i get a call from airtel that i have a 2 months pending bill amount to be paid, (when i have already paid all my previous bills). Now the executive from airtel (MANISH) tells me that i have my last bill payment pending, so i requested him to either give me some discount or wait for a few days/months because i have lost my job due to all the recession that is going on. Then there was a call from (ASHOK) saying that he is the Advocate of Bhoiwada Court, Barrot no.4, Byculla (E) hired by airtel company. He says that i have to pay the total amount & later he started aruging & then he went into the abusive language. On 21st April, 09 at 2.15pm he calls on my fiance's no. & tells HER that he doesn't want the amount but he wants my fiance's & that he is coming to the billing address at 5.00pm.(in the sense that Ashok wants to hit my fiance).
So I highly Obilge you to look into this matter. If anything happens to my fiance (be it anywhere) I will file a complaint against your reputed Airtel company.
THANKING YOU,
Faithfully,
Brenda.
