Sir,
Actually I had received a bill of Rs. 4, 349.69. It includes my previous bill charges of Rs 1500 which I had already paid on 9/5. I am also not satisfied with DSL charges. Calling on customer care I got a response that if I will change my Broadband plan (currently 555) to unlimited then I will get a concession of Rs 1600 on my bill. When I said them to send me the URL details they disagree.
One more complain is that I live in residential area (Pitampura) and whenever I call customer care to change my broadband plan, I got the reply that it’s a commercial area. I want you to take an action against these complaints.
