Airtel Complaints - Wrongly charged for a service that is never used by me

My number is 9831885627.

One night i got 2 sms:-

"thankyou for downloading Java game and Rs 99/- has been deducted from your account."

I was shocked As I have not requested any game. Rs 198/- is deducted from my a/c.

I called up customer care but I don't think they are taking any initiative for lodging any complaint.

Please ensure refund of Rs 198 to my a/c else I will not only refrain from using airtel service but will be forced to take this matter to media.
