No Claim for the Month of Decembe

Sir/Madam,

My name is Joseph Idicula. I am a retailer from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. My no is 9746838303. I'm sending this mail to bring to notice that i haven't received the prize money for 2 contests in December- Hello Tune Contest and Recharge King Contest. I have recieved messages from Airtel that i have won both, with Rs 269.25 and Rs 89 respectively. And i have also received messages that the amount has been credited to the distributor. When i ask the distributor for the same, he says that he has to look into it, and it'll take some time. It has been about 5 months now. And i still haven't got the prize money. I contacted 161 to report the complaint but they said that i had to contact the ASM and that i had to contact the distribution point to get ASM's number. I contacted my distribution point. They refused to give the no. to me. I said it was to give a complaint and they still refused. I have no other means of giving a complaint. Please help me. The details are provided below.
