Automaticaly change of plan

Hello Sir,

I am using airtel prepaid no. 9815544464 from 2004 that i purchased this connection under Youth pack punjab scheme. In this scheme airtel offers wap servcies 99 rs. per month. Since 2004 i am using this service till 15 may. Airtel deducted 99 rs. on 10 may and disconnected my wap servies on 15 may. I called customer care for this but they told youth pack services are withdrawn and all youth pack customers are moved to normal service class. Plz try to resolve my problem..
