No action our new telphone & broadband connection

To,

Customer care airtel,

Your representative visited us and offered airtel corporate connection with

broadband facility.

We placed order and completed the paper formalties on dated 30.04.09.

The number 0124-4297052 to 61 has been alloted but installation activities

has not yet started inspite of repeated follow ups.

No concern person is responding in a concrete way.

We would like to know whether airtel is interested in providing the

connection or not and if yes within what time frame.
