Getting calls and sms form telemarketers

Hello Sir,

My cell no is 9818858322, I am getting calls from telemarketers again and again. I have made complaints 5-6 times now but there is no solutions nor any answer made to me. I need compensation for every call / sms from any tellemarketer. And the previous as well. please do help my in resolving the same.
