Unsubscribe life_pack

Please unsubscribe life_pack from my no. 9973972245 as it seems extravagant to spend Rs.30/- per month on a product which is of no use to me. I also tried to do it with the help customer care but they coldn't provide proper guidance. It will be better if it is done at the earliest without letting me to divert otherways.
