Sir, I have no access to your customercare either to 198 or to 121 and I keep on receiving SMS's from your company which states " this is to inform you that our team is working to resolve you complain and we shall revert shortly regarding the same." the same message has been received by me on :&

The most distressing part of these SMS that you have sent me is that your company has neither bothered to revert back to me nor has my problem been resolved. And I still dont Have access to either 121 nor 198. Most unfortunately whenever I try to contact from anybody else's Airtel no. I find they are too busy to receive the customers calls??? rather than resolving or answering the queries of the customer. They are busy with everything else excepting the customers calls and it has almost become a proverb either the server is down or there is network congestion.
