Over priced recharge coupons

To whom so ever it may concern,

I would like put forward the grievances of me and many other customers who venture out to buy recharge coupons from their local grocery stores in my city of hyderabad. The main problem is that they generally charge a rupee more than the M.R.P which by law is illegal.its not just a question of one rupee or one customer. there a number of shops that sell recharge coupons for a price which is more than the M.R.P..i would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter because they are not only fleecing us customers but also bringing the mobile phone service provider a bad name.
