Poor 'Do not disturb' service

I have registered for my mobile 9810850107 at the "do not disturb" registry on 27/08. And my registration number is F1001380840. However, there is no any benifit even aftre doing that because the similar numbers of SMS and calls I keep receiving again and again. Few times I have posted complaints. Today (25/05/'09) within an hour I have received atleast three SMS. I can not complaint all these times. Please help.
