Additional charges for SMS Airtel WAP

I received my last month airtel bill and noticed that additional amount for special SMS thru net on phone option. I already raised request to deactivate the net on phone and special SMS charges. However it got deactivated from Airtel end.

However I have received an additional amount for special SMS option. I think this is the way to cheat customers. Now I have proof to show about your Airtel SMS cheating.

Can you suggest me how to take action against Airtel service provider as per our Law.
