Reversal of Mobile Office Charges

Dear Sir/ Madam,
The matter is that, me bought new SIM connection mobile no. 9997045644 form a dealer in Saharanpur (UPW) on 4th May (Monday) & submitted a photocopy of my Passport as photo ID & res address proof along a photograph on form duly signed...
Me was to use this second connection for roaming in DELHI NCR (Gurgoan) to keep in contact with my mumma as me been admitted in hospital for some medical treatment & use Internet (Mobile Office) services to keep in touch with business mails etcetra.. so activated Mobile Office the very first day i started from my home town..
Given this new number to Doctor / Local relatives & Else family members in home town
& The problem start when on 8th May (Friday) me saw no tower signal (service) available & thought might be some temp connection error. BUT actually my services were terminated & me after called Airtel CC 9897098970 as STD call & explained & requested to pls start services asap & ws being told that my Signature on ph. copy if ID not matching with FORM of Airtel & so the officer i talked more than 15mins & they clearly denied that Services on your connection are terminated & wont be restored until fresh papers will be submitted. arghhh! is so annoying when some services being in so Important situation when mobile is more important than neccesity!!
& the days past anyhow & after treatment & long stay in Gurgaan I came back & submitted fresh ~ a bit darker (same passport id) photocopy & connection was opened next day on 19th MAY &... THE MATTER MAKES SO AGRESSIVE TO CUSTOMER LIKE ME WHEN i check my balance & Rs. 180 (20Rs/day) deducted for Mobile Ofiice for 9 days EVEN there were NO servic signal active on my cellfone (that i NEVER ever could de activate OR got any prompt OR EVEN had signal ~tower on connection to send any message or command to Airtel server)
& Server OR Airtel Officers so smart that they JUST cut my connection with knife & kept making hole in my pocket by deducting Rs. 20/- daily.
me complained at 121 CC on 20th MAY & talked officer Ashustosh & he told u wil get feedback in 24 hours.. NOTHING!! next day talked Raman & again explained all & he made talk his senior Aarti & she gave me assurance that they wil give reversal til monday 25th & nothing till then even... AGAIN i called 25th Monday & each time call connects 121 new officer ..& again to explain all matter & again to talk new senior officer & this time ws Mr. Lokesh Who told same ..dont worry sir.. your complaint is genuine & wil definately get reversal til eve & wil get reversal of Rs. 180 & feedback on my this no. 9997045644 or my alternate regular number 9412233443 (that is 24x7days open) & stil no cal... NOTHING!!
such ignorance & such poor services of not entertaining & making some customer who using mobile services since 1997 since 1st day mobile services launched in UP (W) got to experience SUCH mental torture for mere amount, the matter is nt or wasnt of money ..MATTER IS "WHY I PAY FOR SOMETHING I NEVER USED OR COULDN'T DEACTIVATE AS DIDN'T HAD MOBILE COVERAGE SINGNAL EVEN!!!..) now told atlast today again after argument, me requested politely & explained all again & stil Mr. Irfan a senior officer denies fr any reversal & at end guides to do & complaint where i can or wish to...
1st according laws of communication No Services could / should be barred without bring in prior notice to customer by Sms or any voice call ..STILL my services was terminated & how much agony & agression & difficulties me gone through being admitted in hospital & ws cutoff from any of my business & relatives
2nd me been requesting genuinely fr reversal of my money balance ; that i never used & NEVER could deactivate as had nothing to do wen service ws deativated for lousy reason of ID & NOW am being guided u should have deactivate service before ur mobile ws to be terminated as if me was to get dream a night before that tomorrow this wil happen & i should deactivate mobile office (GPRS) service a night before then & there...
I NEED JUSTICE & ANSWER TO MY QUESTION AS AM CONSUMER OF MOBILE SERVICES THAT GOT LICENCE TO LOOT PEOPLE WITH UN GENUINE REASONS & BRING CONSUMER IN PROBLEM WITHOUT BRING IN PRIOR KNOWLEDGE.
**still for any clearfications i have voice call records what & how decently or ever even misbehaved ..& how genuinely i talked & explained my problem several times to any of officer (s) mentioned above.
