Customer Care people treating cusoterms as dogs

I am not sure about other Airtel customer care centers... But Basawangudi Airtel Center people dont even know basic manners to talk to customers.

Airtel, Basawanagudi, Bangalore Customer care center is worst customer service.

I bought Airtel USB modem 15 days before and it is still not yet activated. Because they could not come for address verification. After paying 2999, we are just waiting for them to come to our home and complete the formalities. but these guys are so bad, they dont even bother to do the needful. Also if we go to their center to request to complete the formalities and activate the connection, we will end up with harsh response from them.

These guys dont know the meaning of cusotmer care.
