Wrongful billing

This complain is regarding my airtel number 9004688617 relationship number: 109-102048516 bill number: 918162099 .i have bought this number to be used on my airtel wireless inter nett where i am liable to pay rs 599 tax amount for unlimited usage of nett i have been delivered bill of rs 2043.33 showing use of vas services of rs 957 tax with total usage of 2976707 which have not been used by me i have been getting acknowledge message of downloading while i was surfing the nett which was not actully done i have had a word with airtel for the same but they are not ready to accept that i haven't done the download rather they are asking me to pay the bill at immediately please help me to resolve this problem
