Wrong Bills

I was using an airtel broadband line having telephone number 4665551 in Chandigarh Circle. I discontinues its services on 4th May where it was not entertained and the number continued till mid june. I have been imposed the rentals for those 2 months and then one of there representatives comes and tell i have a pending payment of Rs 500 (approx) and i clear the payment. Where on the representative gives me slip for the same with written as full and final payment.

After 6 months Airtel calls me and says that i have still to clear the payments. When i give the clear details to them, they ask me to send a mail to one of there representative and i clear that as well.

Then today i get a phone call from a lady from Delhi High Court that today there is a proceeding of yours and you have been charged with fraud case. And asks me to reach Delhi from Chandigarh in 45 min else to talk to senior advocate (very nice person - who guided me very well) and says that clear the pending payment because i will spend more in reaching Delhi and presuading the case. Fair enough, rather than wasting my time and money over there, i clear the payment.

And when i go to make the payment at Elite Communications, the lady over there treats us as we are idiots or morrons. I felt insulted about it.

So i have proof of all these things and can be provided.

This is my complaint and i am looking for justice
