Re-activation of Airtel Landline Connection

Sir,

We are having airtel connection since April (Airtel Num:080-41724621) along with braodband connection. The braodband connection got cancelled by Jan 09 and then we asked airtel to deactivate the landline on May 10 and then they gave a counter offer saying that the would retain the connection with better package. Then we have asked for re-activation of my airtel land line connection, on 24th May (Complaint ref:20113550). The complaint was closed referring that re-activation is done. The land line was noe re-activated till 31st May and one more complaint is lodged (Ref: 20389228) and the complaint was taken as if the landline is dead. One service men came as said that the wire is not proper and we need to replace the wire. I would like to bring to your notice that since 20th May if i try my landline i was getting a pre-recorded message saying that facility of receiving incoming calls is barred and even when the service men came to check the connection it is the same problem, which they ignored to notice. I lodged one more complaint on 02 june, 09 (complaint ref num:20432984) which they said they would rectify the problem by 12.00 noon on 4th June. The status of the compalint is still active and the problem is rectified.

Surprisingly, Airtel has started charging me rent on my landline saying that it is being activated on 25th May, 09. The total outstanding for these days owing to rent is Rs.163/-. Even as on date, if my landline is dialled, i would receive a pre-recorded message saying that incoming call facility is withdrawn.

Pls help me out in solving my problem as it is 2 weeks that i have my first complaint but it is not rectified.
