De-activation on WAP Airtel

Dear sir/mam, By mistake I had subscribed Bhakti Bhav on my mobile on 14th may'09 and was charged Rs-20 from my account., after that I requested many times to customer care to unsubscribe it but they didn't give heed to my complaint and on 5th june' 09 again Rs. 20 deducted from my account even I havn't use the subscription yet and regularly requsting for the unsbscription. Please deactivate it and refund the second deduction from the account. My mobile no is-9818029052. Thanx
