Guys,
Am using a airtel corporate postpaid connection. My bill date is 02 of every month.
Untill second evening if i see my total unbillied it wil be 1500/- but when they generate the bill on 3rd it will be -.
I got 450 minutes of free calls. They start charging from 1st day. They give a explanation that free calls will be calculated only when the bill is generated.
But the bill gets incresed rather than decresing at the end of month..
Every month i pay a amount of -approximately. I have not missed even a single month.
But these customer care people keeping on calling even for 200/-.rs if there is a outstanding.
Very poor service and Iam planning to surrender by airtel and take a new connection with some other service providers.
