Worst Customer Care Service only few people can call me

Dear All
This is Sreekanth, using Airtel services in POSTPAID from October. I use to pay every month Rs.700 to Rs.2500 as my billed amount. But I faced lot of problems with this postpaid connection, every month they stop my outgoing services and I request to release my outgoing and to increase my credit limit. But unfortunatly, this wasnt happened in the last two years. Finally I fedup with that and requested to migrate in PREPAID.
For that they asked me to clear my unbilled amount also, which I did (Infact my bill generation date is 9th of every month). That day (07th May) they told that once my bill generated on 9th May, with in 35 working days I will receive my refundable amount (Rs.2300 Apprx).
1. But till the date I dont have any information and still they are telling that the bill will be generated on 9th June. I dont know how they can generate a bill to a prepaid number.
2.All of the sudden on 26th May, my number suddenly stopped working, when I contacted Customer care (24X7 online services) they asked me to come to the showroom located in Splendid Towers at Begumpet. I got the worse response from that executive who spoke to me (I put half day leave to my office and went there). I was shocked to know that my number was not in use for couple of months because of that they removed that number and put it in recycle bin. I didnt understand how to face that i had shown my recent call history and my bill payments everything Finally after breaking my head with those people they restored my the services without hellotunes and in a worse condition. Now only few people can call me, lot of people and my friends (Who are in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Ireland and Some landlines also) call me they are receiving an error message "This is not a valid number, please check the number and dial again later." About this I sent them more than 10 mails n raised complaints more than 10, but still no resolution. Because of all this worse things happend to me I didnt receive my Job offer call and I didnt attended that, I belive in this recission you people can understand what is the value of a job offer call. But still these AIRTEL people are least bothered about customer problems.
From my past experience, I suggest you all, when you are paying money to them, they are very polite and ready to reach you, but when you are in a problem they dont have time and any resolution to help you.
