Poor service by sales executive

I have gone for Airtel post-paid connection on sep 22nd. The sales executive had given me a faulty SIM, where in I had only outgoing facility, but I didn;t have incoming calls. I took this matter to the notice of sales executive (from whom I applied for a post-paid connection), he has given me another SIM card, but the SIM isn't activated until this day. all my calls to that sales executive and even customer care call center is on deaf ears... can't someone look into this issue??.I have been using airtel for 4 years and I was satisfied, I dont want to switch over to other services just because a sales executive is screwing up...

waiting for a posting action to address my agony...
