No network coverage & gprs discoonection problems

I have face continuesly problems from Airtel Network, Their Is no network coverage on my landline NO.:- 9987344870 held at my BPCL Petroll Pump & also GPRS problems in landline so we can not transfer data to other, I have making complaint for last 5 days but i can't get any reply or any step from airtel for solving above problems...

kindly solve this as early as possible...
