Incorrect Communication and disrepectful staf - Kavita

I have changed my aitel plan to 499.

While taking plan i was told

1. I will be getting first 1000 mins free calls 200 first sms free.

I was told these calls are free irrespective of local or STD.

My Complains

1. I was charged for STD calls which i made in first 1000 mins. On inquiry i was told i different story that only first 1000mins are for local.

2. When i talk to nodal office Kavita her response was very irritating and disrecpectful. (May be they are not tough how to talk to customer). Somehow i can manage billing error and understand but the kind of attitude Miss Kavitha has show was really not acceptable.

Hope someone is listening.
