Internet Connection not shifted

I have shifted from Ghaziabd to Noida and i requested Airtel customer care for shifting of my Wi-Fi connection. They promised to shift the same within 5 days but almost 10 days have passed and there is no response from their side. Whenever I call them they promise me to shift the same within 24 hours and always put on hold for 3- 5 minutes. I have spent around 150 bugs on conversation with Airtelcustomer care. But it is of no use. Atleast they should have cleared me if there is any difficulty in shifting the connection so that I would have take another connection. Being a stakeholder (customer), it is not right type treatment which I am getting from India's No. 1 telecom company.
