Getting unwanted bad SMS

Myself Ranjan Kumar Syel, from Jorhat Assam. From 10 to 15 days a no. 99542-78414, is giving me so many miscall and bad. sms to me. I tried to contact local airtel customer care. But they could not help. I am aslo an Airtel user. But the local authorities could not coperate with me. Plz. help me Sir, otherwise i am forced to leave to Airtel. I need full details of this no. within a day.
